Treasure Coast Locksmith is a licensed, insured, family-owned Florida locksmith based at 245 SW Parish Terrace, Port St. Lucie. Founded by Darko Ezias in 2015.
Serving all of St. Lucie, Martin, and Indian River counties with 20+ years of trade experience.
Our story
Treasure Coast Locksmith was founded by Darko Ezias in 2015 with a simple premise: real local service, licensed and insured, no call-center bait-and-switch. Twenty years of locksmith trade experience before founding the company, and another decade building it into the Treasure Coast's most trusted name.
The locksmith industry has a reputation problem. National call-center operators run thousands of fake local listings, quote $19 on the phone, dispatch whoever answers, and bill $400 onsite. Legitimate local shops like ours have to work twice as hard to get heard above the noise.
We decided early on to build the opposite kind of business. Verifiable physical address at 245 SW Parish Terrace. Active Florida license available on request.
Real phone number answered by a real dispatcher 24/7. Marked trucks. Direct-employee technicians - no sub-contractors.
Flat phone quotes that match the final invoice. Written workmanship warranty on every job.
What we do
Six service clusters, 300+ dedicated service pages, all 29 Treasure Coast cities. The full list is on our services page, but the clusters are: residential locksmith, commercial locksmith, automotive locksmith, commercial door repair and hardware, safes and vaults, and 24/7 emergency response.
Each cluster is run by a technician with specialist training. Our commercial door tech has installed hundreds of Von Duprin and LCN units. Our automotive tech programs car keys for every major immobilizer system from PATS to EIS.
Our safe tech opens most home and gun safes non-destructively in 20 to 90 minutes. Our residential tech knows every HOA-approved finish in every Treasure Coast golf community.

About us FAQs
Questions about who we are and how to verify us.
Who owns Treasure Coast Locksmith?
Treasure Coast Locksmith was founded by Darko Ezias, a licensed Florida locksmith and Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA) member with 20+ years in the trade. The company is based in Port St. Lucie and has been serving the Treasure Coast since 2015.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Treasure Coast Locksmith holds an active Florida locksmith license. The license number is available on request.
Our founder is also an ALOA member with advanced certifications in automotive key programming and commercial access control.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available for commercial and property management clients who request it before work begins.
How long have you been in business?
Treasure Coast Locksmith has been operating since 2015 as a dedicated local business. Our founder Darko Ezias has been in the locksmith trade for 20+ years including time with larger regional firms before founding the Treasure Coast operation.
Are you a franchise or a local business?
Local business. Treasure Coast Locksmith is independently owned and operated, not a franchise or call-center operation. Every technician is a direct employee.
The dispatcher who answers your call is local. The truck that arrives is marked with our logo.
What certifications do your technicians hold?
Our core team includes an ALOA member, an AMSEC certified safe technician, and technicians trained on Autel IM608 Pro, Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus, and Von Duprin exit device installation. Continuing education happens quarterly.
Where are you physically located?
Our physical office and shop is at 245 SW Parish Terrace, Port St. Lucie, FL 34984. This is a verifiable address (not a PO box or virtual office) and it is how you can confirm we are a legitimate local business before dispatching a service call.
How many technicians do you have?
We run multiple mobile units across the Treasure Coast. Crew size flexes with demand, but we maintain enough coverage to position units in Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, and Stuart during peak hours.
Do you hire sub-contractors?
No. Every technician who arrives in a Treasure Coast Locksmith truck is a direct employee. We do not sub-contract to third parties or dispatch freelancers.
This is the main difference between us and the call-center operations that dominate online locksmith listings.
What are your hours?
Phone dispatch is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. Shop hours are Monday through Sunday 7 a.m. to roughly 11 p.m., depending on day. Emergency dispatch operates outside those hours with a modest after-hours surcharge.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Invoices are emailed on request.
Commercial clients can be set up on net-15 or net-30 terms with a master service agreement.
How can I verify your license and reviews?
Call the Florida Division of Business and Professional Regulation and search by business name. Check Google reviews for 'Treasure Coast Locksmith' at our physical address. Check the ALOA member directory at aloa.org.
All three sources will confirm we are who we say.
